HaeJin Om is a senior at Chantilly High School in Chantilly, Virginia. She plays the piano and violin and is a fourth-year member of the Chantilly Orchestra. She started writing music recently under the tutelage of Mr. Chris Johnston, who teaches Music and Computer Technology at Fairfax High School Academy, where she has taken this class for two years.

After graduating from high school, HaeJin intends to attend college and study composition. "My goal is to make a difference in someone's life through music. I believe that music is a miracle. And I want to pursue my dream of becoming a musician that heals people's hearts with my creation."
